Do you not feel free to visit Children's Pool Beach ? Let us tell the City = harassed@san.rr.com. Have you ever been affected? Directly or indirectly? You are not alone, nor are you powerless. If nothing ever happened to you, because you avoid Children's Pool Beach just to make sure nothing does, you have been intimidated. Eventually there can be a stack of testimonies presented to the City it cannot pretend it doesn't see. Just post an email to harassed@san.rr.com . Your civil rights have been compromised. There has never been any ordinance to ban swimming, diving or spearfishing at Children's Pool, except the years when the county posted a closure because of seal bacteria count, but there were alway self appointed guardians of their turf who intimidate the public with their signs, and official sounding lies. While the city looks away, they yell at, insult, harass and even attack law abiding citizens who wish to visit their own property; Children's Pool. (This year the rope went up with specific condition that it be "advisory" and not intended to impede public access to the water, per California Coastal Commission) See Park and Rec permit Understand, the content of your email may not get read by people who should read it, but the number of different emails will be counted. No chiling tale to tell? Never been there? Never will? If you are don't go down to the beach because of what you know or have seen of the activists, you are still very important. You have been intimidated and your civil rights abrogated. Your experience is as important as anybody's, and we want it. If you want your name removed from the original, just say so. 1APRL Employees Harass junior high school students at Childrens Pool public Beach
